We collect information from you when you fill in one of our enquiry forms. This includes your name, contact details, and the information you provide in the enquiry fields. We also collect the date you submitted the form and the country you are from.
We do not collect any other information from you. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics identifiers, and we do not store your IP address.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We only use your information for this purpose because you have given us your consent to do so when you ticked the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
We store your information in Cloudflare's infrastructure, and we use Brevo to send us an email notification when you submit a form. Both Cloudflare and Brevo are third-party processors that help us to manage your information.
We keep your information for as long as we need to handle your enquiry. We review and delete your information within 12 months at the most.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information. If you want to do any of these things, please email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how we are using your information. You can find out more about your rights on the ICO website.
Our table booking pathway is for adults only. We do not knowingly process children's data.
